TARDIS Through the Wormhole
This “mille-feuille of a dress” (New York Times) is inspired by the TARDIS from the long-running and immensely popular British sci-fi show, Doctor Who. The custom made corset features the TARDIS emerging from a galactic inspired wormhole tutu-like skirt and train. It utilizes over 80 yards of netting and tulle with multiple strands of individually addressable LEDs and twinkling copper string lights. Lynne won two Best in Show Awards at Gallifrey One 2017’s Masquerade of Mandragora for this dress.
Her Universe Fashion Show 2016
The Her Universe Fashion Show is held annually at San Diego Comic-Con. Approximately 25 designers are chosen from hundreds of entries to display their geek couture designs on the runway.
